With the Notifications module, the reception staff receives an active message in the main menu of the visitor management system ID VisitControl that a new pre-registration has been carried out. In the overview of pre-registered visitors, the visitor's data can be called up and the necessary preparations can be made.
This ensures that the reception staff are properly supported to give visitors the attention they need.
