The add-on module for Office extends the reception, the admin as well as the kiosk by the possibility to send e-mails directly from ID VisitControl to visitors and employees in your company.

With just one click you can automatically send appointments from ID VisitControl to visitors and participants.

Email templates can be created, edited and deleted in the administration. In addition, you can make settings in the Administration Gates to determine for which gate the e-mail should be sent and for which process. You can create as many e-mail templates as you like, to which documents such as directions and safety instructions can be attached.

With e-mail dispatch, you not only have the option of sending appointments for internal planning, but you can also organize internal planning processes such as parking space reservations and canteen visits automatically.
