Signature pad

Accidents and health hazards in the workplace are usually caused by human error. The only effective measures against this are safety instructions, which must be given regularly and in a goal-oriented manner.

With ID VisitControl we offer you various solutions to integrate your individual security briefing for visitor registration in your company, to change it yourself and to repeat it automatically at regular intervals. You can flexibly determine when your guest has to sign a new instruction and thus ensure that you always have an up-to-date signed safety instruction from your visit.

With the additional module Signature Pad you can carry out the safety instruction electronically in different languages. This is done during registration at the reception. A predefined security briefing is displayed to your guest on a signature pad (Android, iOS or Windows) and a signature is requested. After the signature has been provided, the employee is shown the signature in the visitor management software ID VisitControl Reception and the registration process can be completed. Afterwards, visitor badges can be created using a card printer, for example.
